the reception staff were friendly during my arrival.
I found a couple of issues . the breakfast lacked variety and the quality was disappointing. the salami was flavourless. The experience didn't align with the price.

the hotel was a nice walk into town, i was glad about that.
breakfast was a let down, the bacon were cold and the pastries were not there. it is a shame the food ingredients were good, but i could not appreciate the experience. the breakfast service needs improvements.

i really enjoyed the super clean, spacious room. the breakfast and restaurant food was delicious, i really enjoyed it. the staff were amazing, especially when they refunded a discount voucher i was initially missed at check-in, that was great.
i found out that there is no parking at the actual building, this was unexpected. there is a multi-story car park just a block away, however it felt less close when i had lots of suitcases.

the location proved convenient, i liked that it was near many local attractions and services, , made things easy. i thought the proximity to public transportation was definitely a plus. it made exploring the area super simple.

I noticed the hotel has a fully equipped gym. It had treadmills and weight machines, very good for a workout. there is a business center too. It has computers and printers, that can help any urgent work needs.

My studio apartment included nice extras. Bathrobes, slippers, and small biscuits were included. i enjoyed the tea and coffee, all stocked and ready to use. the room offered sufficient space to unwind.

The hotel restaurant offered lunch and dinner options, i was happy with my choices. the breakfast selection was varied. It had both hot and cold items, i really liked the range. service at the restaurant was very attentive.

The room size and bathroom space were good. That was acceptable.
I found a sock covering the fire alarm when i entered my room, left by a previous guest. housekeeping had missed other cleaning tasks. the shampoo dispenser was empty, although this was fixed the next morning after i found a staff member in the corridor.

the room was very clean and spacious. the air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature. the soundproofing was really effective, i did not hear any noise from outside. also, the bathroom had good lighting, which i found very useful.
i found that the breakfast pastries were not consistently restocked, a little disappointing. this happened each morning of my stay. i hope this is resolved soon.

The king-size room offered brightness and generous space. Bathroom lighting was perfect, very useful. Breakfast selection was excellent.
